The Clarisonic

Out of all the things I plan on buying on my trip, this is one of the highest on my list – I am so extremely excited about it.

I have been reading/watching vlogger channels about the Clarisonic for ages now, and seen the beauty bloggers in the US and UK going mad about it, so simply have to get my hands on one.

The Clarisonic is basically a patented cleansing system that has literally taken over the skincare industry and no one seems to be without one of these. To sum it up, it’s a electronic face brush that vibrates and helps remove dirt, makeup, oil and dead skin and is said to cleanse the skin three times more than just using your normal cleansing product. The Clarisonic comes in various colours and editions, and I am hoping to get my hands on the latest one – called the Mia 2. The Mia 2 is basically the smaller, less hefty version and comes in a bunch of fun colours, think I want to go with the pink or coral. It also comes with three different brush options which you can alternate between depending on your skin.

It comes with a travel case, brush head (to be replaced every 3-4 months), and charger.  One of the great things about this device is that it’s cordless so once it’s charged you can take it wherever – be it the sink or shower. You obviously use it with your usual cleansing product and instead of washing your face with your hands (like usual) you will use the Clarisonic to cleanse the skin. The system does come with Clarisonic cleansers but very few people actually use these, as this works amazingly with your usual face wash.

The before and after results are simply amazing, and it can be used for all skin types as well as young and old skins. It is really pricey, but is a good investment as lasts a lifetime. It also will be sure to maximise the full potential of your other products that you use – ensuring they are all absorbed better.

I am so looking forward to purchasing this and telling you all about it! Anyone tried/heard about it here?

I know they aren’t available here, but am sure you can order them online on Look Fantastic or Amazon. Starting price is £120.

I use a Clarisonic on a fairly regular basis (about two or three times a week) and I love it! My skin is prone to oiliness, so I've found that using my Clarisonic every day actually results in more breakouts (it's obviously too stimulating for my skin), so I've switched to using it once very other day for a little 'boost'. Still worth every penny though and I'd recommend that every girl should get her hands on one, should she have the opportunity! LOVE the coral, orange and bright pink ones above!
