My very own skin map

My skin has been playing up of late and I know it’s one of those things that people roll their eyes at me when I say I have a pimple or two, but it really does bother me as my skin has been pretty flawless for years.

My boyfriend and sister insist on it being because I put too much on my skin and it is finally saying enough is enough; maybe that’s true but I sure as hell am not going to stop my pamper sessions.

Anyhoo, I’ve decided to take my re-living of my teenage years in my stride (not really) and get to the bottom of the problem (which probably means drinking a gallon more water than I am at the moment!)

I always find it interesting actually knowing the reason behind pimples appearing on certain parts of my face as it often is so spot on (excuse the pun). For these kinds of insights I turn to Chinese Medicine – these people know something that we don’t about how our bodies talk to us and it really does amaze me. Especially their reflexology – that treatment is amazing for pin-pointing any little niggles in the body!

These are obviously guidelines, but please do appreciate the actual face map – I spent about a million years on Paint trying to make this for you as every other one I came across looked horrendously scary, so now we can stare at a beautiful super model with flawless skin. Sorry 🙂
