Luggage love
I am a big fan of a good old vintage suitcase.
I actually went into the amazing Re-Create shop in Woodstock last week in the hope of converting some of my beautiful old-school suitcases into chairs, however at R7,000 a pop I had to do a little U turn.
I have been brainstorming clever ways in which I can incorporate these in my home, because rght now they really are just getting in the way. Here are a few… Although not mad about the entire ‘look and feel’ in some pics, the idea of where or how they have used the luggage is clever, I think, and certainly solves my problem of shoving them in my store room.
Any other ideas?

We have a huge green chest as our coffee table 🙂
Do you have something on top of the chest (like glass or a tray)?
We use ours just as is – with no glass on top! Love it!
