Summer hair tutorials with Toni & Guy
So I thought I would continue with this tutorial story as I know so many of you enjoyed my previous post on this (see here). Believe it or not one of my new year’s resolutions is to do more with my hair. I am lucky in the sense that I can just leave my hair and it looks OK, but my plan is to try just do that little something that will take it from looking OK to amaze. Long may this last because I basically cannot plait my own hair.
Below are two tutorials that are so wearable and I think perfect for summer as you can make the most of you beachy hair and still make it look like it’s a little more ‘done’ for a summer nights dinner or drinks. I’ve also included some Toni & Guy products that will help you achieve this look easily. Obviously the star being one of my all-time favourite products – the Sea Salt Texturising Spray.

Knotted Messy Side Braid
If any of you master this, well then I am IMPRESSED. Either way I sported the fish braid a few times this holiday which is similar to this. I did not do it myself as I am useless with plaiting, but think it looks absolutely beautiful when done well.

Summer Perfect Braids
These two are quite similar but I loved this one and had to share it. This is the type of look I can imagine doing after a long day spent in the sea and it still looking great (probably even better!)
The below products would help with this look. I have also been testing the Cleanse Shampoo from Toni & Guy which is great for hair with build-up and that is looking and feeling a bit flat – the best part is the handy travel sizes it comes in – perfect holiday companion!

I love the messy knot braid! Looks like something I might be able to manage (if I had an extra hand to hold that piece in the middle…). I've been using the Cleanse Shampoo and the Conditioner that goes with it and I love it! It makes my hair feel bouncy and clean without it feeling stripped. Also really like the sea salt spray.
