This was so delish. I made it a while back for a night in with my best friend and really enjoyed it. It’s from Jamie’s 15 minutes, but takes you about an hour – all worth it though, promise.

Adding to this, I also made a home-made chilli relish. I’ve been meaning to make one for ages. I adore my chilli and love adding it to most dishes (a touch of it as I’m not the best at handling the bite). A relish seemed like the perfect solution and also made it really easy to add to any dish as it’s all chopped and ready to go!
Simply add the below to your blender:
500g of mixed chili’s (I used red and green)
2 cloves of peeled garlic
A Squeeze of fresh lemon
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
