Brenaissance {Cafe Blanc de Noir}
I had the pleasure of attending a friends wine farm in Stellenbosch a few weekends back called Brenaissance. The event that was happening was for the opening of their beautiful restaurant, Cafe Blanc de Noir, which is in the most breathtaking setting.
We did some wine tasting of their new wines (my favourite is Lady H – delish!!!) as well as a lot of pizza eating. I have never tasted such delicious pizza’s – not a word of a lie! My favourite topping was Biltong, Danish Feta, Sweet Fig, Avo, Wild Rocket and Balsamic drizzle – have you ever!? They are rectangle pizza’s with a perfectly thin and crispy base. Well worth it for a little Sunday trip out into the winelands!
