Going all retro

The buzz around the Retro Aerobics classes at Virgin Active has been really exciting (and motivating!!) I am trying out my first class this coming week – keeping in mind this is my first time braving the gym in quite a few weeks – sies!

I have been told to don my beautiful leg-warmers that Virgin Active sent me to properly get into the swing of things!

If you guys haven’t yet been persueded enough, here is the post on the advert, as well as a few of their well-dressed statues throughout Cape Town. I hear that the promenade statues had some leg warmers on them too – how cool!?
