Reuben’s

An all time favourite.

On top of us all over-shooting the mark at the wedding, a family lunch had promptly been scheduled for the Sunday. Too much.

But Reuben’s never disappoints.

I’m sure most people have paid this Franschoek gem a visit, and if not, I’m sure it’s on your to do list. If not make a plan.

One of my favourite things about Reuben’s is that even though it is pricey, you feel like you get your moneys worth! The mains portion sizes are perfect, leaving you feeling so satisfied, yet not having enough space for anything else.

I opted for the miso baked trout with carrot and a ginger mousse (R120), it was outstanding. The rest of the table (12 of us) all opted for a different dishes (ranging from R79 – 140). (My dish below, Ben’s salmon above)

Everyone raved about their food, as always.

Keep an eye out for Reuben’s new recipe book.
