Home-Cooked Pasta
A friend of mine at college was heading off to buy ingredients for his girlfriend who makes this delish pesto
pasta, so I quickly jotted down the ingredients and threw them together to make what i think was close to her original…
Ingredients
- Mini Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Pesto (basil)
- Cream (reduced fat)
- Sundried tomatoes (sliced up)
- Garlic
- Pine Nuts
- Pasta (i chose tagliatelle – fresh)
- Parmesan (granado) x 1 tub
Method
1) Fry chicken breasts in olive oil and garlic until tender
2) Add the cream and sun-dried tomatoes
3) Brown the pine nuts while pasta cooks
4) Sprinkle parmesan and pine nuts
K so I know it looks like crap but it tastes good and I’m not a chef, delicious when you feel like a hearty meal 🙂
