Bobbi Brown: August event

The much anticipated kick off to the Bobbi Brown events happened on Wednesday night and it was all that we built it up to be… and more. Myself and 9 other girls met up at the Bobbi Brown counter at the V&A waterfront at 6pm for endless champagne and canapes while being taught by the genius Gerrard (national make up artist for Bobbi) and his super-talented team.

The focus of Wednesdays session was skin – as this is the most vital part when it comes to Bobbi Brown and her ethos. If the skin isn’t prepped well and made to look super natural, then the make up will look pretty average too – I agree!!!

I can’t even tell you how amazing all the girls skin looked. From matching the perfect foundation to making us all look like we had had an eye lift with their amazing concealer! We seriously all looked like we had no foundation on (the whole point) yet were just blessed with incredibly radiant skins!

We all left with a gorgeous Bobbi Brown lip gloss – a handbag essential – and a voucher for a make-over (whenever we like 🙂 🙂 !)
