24 Hour Giveaway with Dove – 5 Hampers up for grabs

Last week Dove sent me a cute media pack with some of my favourite products in it plus a rustic picture frame with the below quote in it. I love Dove’s whole approach to women and think they are doing a great job at shifting our mind sets in what we perceive happy and beautiful as being. Aside from that, I am actually really enjoying the simple, yet really effective products the brand is producing too.

I particularly enjoyed their latest deodorant (Invisible Dry) – I know this sounds a bit strange but it really is great. So much so that I will be changing brands to start using this one going forward. I also enjoyed a top up of my usual Summer Glow – this product is so subtle and so easy to use, making it that much easier to bare some skin on these warmer summer days. And then of course an Intensive Repair Conditioner – if you haven’t got your hands on this yet, then you are missing out! So, in short, your hamper will include the below plus a beautiful rustic picture frame:

So I’m going to keep this super simple:

Leave a comment below with what Real Beauty means to you. Keep it short and simple. Include your name and surname.

To me, real beauty means being comfortable in your own skin, inside and outside. Great skin and a healthy body are the most important things, which can easily be highlighted as you wish.

Real beauty means acknowledging yourself for who and what you are, with all your flaws and failings. People try to cover up all the time, but how do you know if what you're covering up doesn't actually shout out 'REAL BEAUTY' to someone else!! Being the real, authentic you, is real beauty!

Real Beauty is embracing your flaws acknowledging them and dealing with them not letting them get to you its portraying a positive kind attitude to people its who you are on the inside not what you look like on the outside because a reallly nice person who is confidant in who she is no matter her looks is really very beautiful

True beauty to me is beauty that isn’t defined to us by a scale or a mirror, but by our hearts and minds. TRUE beauty is inner beauty.People won’t remember or care about what you looked like if you didn’t treat them with respect and kindness.Everyone has a special light and the ability to shine it on the world #realbeauty (Megan Hartwig – @flutterbymegs)

It's in the eyes and a genuine smile. A sense of inner peace and a confidence gained from facing ones' fears and coming out the other side a more gentle, more tolerant person. And it's a wish to leave behind a legacy of hope.

There is a beautiful Roald Dahl quote that goes like this:
"If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely".
That, to me, is the most beautiful piece of advice you could give to anyone. Natural beauty, inside and out, is a heavenly reflection to everyone around you.

In fact, it's in every single person who lives on this planet – male, female, mammal, insect black or white. There is real beauty in everyone and everything.
