Call it Spring: summer heels

As mentioned over here, Call It Spring has finally arrived in South Africa (and more specially Cape Town). The Canadian shoe and accessories retailer caught me completely off guard as they offer really pretty, fashionable shoes yet don’t break the bank.

I opted for the below pair on my last visit. They actually not very ‘me’ at all – but that’s what I actually likes about them. I hardly own any skinny stiletto heels – all of mine are rather Jeffrey Campbell-like with solid, chunky heels, but I thought this would make a nice change when I’m going for a more elegant/smart look. It was a toss-up between the pair I got and the below flats which were really comfortable, simple and something I know would be the safe bet (as you can always do with more pretty flats).
