WIN: COSMO kick butt workshop

This is something that I think is super-cool and something we, as South African women, should probably all take part in! The COSMO’s Kicks Butt workshop is back, and offering you the chance to learn training in essential life skills. One’s that will help reduce your risk of being in danger when you are home alone, on a date, shopping or walking. You will be taught how to rely on your body and mind as your most effective weapons and be sure that if (God forbid) you are put in a sticky situation, you certainly will know how to kick butt!

The morning includes a delicious breakfast to get your energy levels up and a morning of fun and interactive activities to ensure you are made to be your own body guard, and the best possible one!
